One of my favorite families….short & sweet before their baby left the nest for college.

It’s a tough thing……you are so proud…..and well, kind of sad at the same time…..but such a wonderful feeling to know that you raised such great kids that are confident enough to start a new adventures on their own.

Although for me, Thanksgiving can’t come fast enough!

Glad there was time to squeeze in some family portraits before the big day…..and thanks for being patient during my crazy time of the year 🙂

Alexander | Forest Hills Central 2020 | Grand Rapids Senior Photographer

Alexander’s senior portrait session ranks right up there with one of my favorites to date.  We started his session in the studio with his awesome suit & violin……I knew right there that this was going to be pretty great.  LOVED your suit!

We were also blessed with incredibly beautiful weather as we ventured out to capture more fun portraits……Alexander, you were such a natural in front of the camera and I really enjoyed working with you.

Mitchell | Forest Hills Central 2020| Grand Rapids Senior Photographer

We got really lucky weather-wise on the night of Mitchell’s senior portraits.

We started off with sunshine…..and ended just before a MAJOR storm hit our little berg.  I don’t think I have EVER had to drive in the conditions (that includes white knuckle ice storms) that that storm produced…..tornado sirens screaming, tree branches flying into the road….really scary.

But…..we had a great session and in my book….had perfect timing.

Thanks Mitchell….you were a lot of fun to photograph.  I hope you have a great senior year at FHC….
